Current system state is published on the build board: every phase, its status, and the three open production seams. The board is generated from the same status file the product ships with, so it cannot claim more than the repository proves.
Incidents and rollout notes are announced in the changelog during the beta. A dedicated uptime page arrives with GA infrastructure.
